Major League Interleague with Wylie Soccer Association

ATTN: RYSA Coaches and Teams,

For the Spring 2021 season RYSA Major League (U9 to U18) will interleague with Wylie Youth Soccer, Royse City Youth Soccer, Caddo Mills, and Richardson Youth Soccer.

This is the first season to attempt this and are excited to be able to play ball with our neighboring communities.  Please be patient as we work through this process and a new soccer chapter for the communities together.

Wylie Youth Soccer will be managing the Major League schedule this season and we are very grateful for Wylie stepping up to do it as it can be a challenging process.

You will receive emails from Wylie Youth Soccer regarding schedules this season instead of RYSA.  You are still a RYSA team with scheduling managed by Wylie Youth.

Team officials (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Mangers), PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAILS ARE UP TO DATEAND FUNCTIONING.  We communicate via email and social media so it is paramount that your contact information is functional.

Thanks and play ball!

Spring Soccer 2021

Monday Night Skills!

These sessions will begin March 1st, with the following dates: March 1, March 15, March 22, March 29, April 5, April 12, April 19, and April 26.  This is the same as what we had the last few seasons, but slightly different than what we thought prior to this Spring season starting.  We were unable to secure fields in Rockwall, as we thought we were able, so instead of 10 sessions at 2 different locations, we will have 8 sessions all at RCP as we normally do.

*All sessions will be at Rowlett Community Park.

*All sessions will be from 6p-7p, for all players.

**For anyone that would like to have their player participate, but did not sign up as part of the Registration process, no worries.  We will have walk-up registration at the field on March 1st.  Should you want your player to participate, please E-mail me this week @ so I have an accurate count and staff the right number of coaches.

**8 total sessions for $50 total

**Cash at field or Checks made out to 'Solar Soccer Academy'

**Arrive to each session by 545p to get checked in and settled.

***Each player will need a ball and water.

***Pending weather, I will communicate cancellations of Skill nights via this platform in Got Soccer.  Each cancellation will be rescheduled, through the end of May.

***Any questions, please reach out to Vernon at

Wait List

By being placed on 'wait list', this does not guarantee a placement.  This also means if you are returning, you will be placed last.  If there is no room on your previous team, you will be put into the pool.  If we need more players, we will contact you, and you must remit payment ASAP in order to qualify as completely registered to then be placed onto a team.

We will not place your child onto a team until payment is received and birth certificate is either uploaded to their profile or provide to our office (birth certificates are only required for new players to RYSA).

SafeSport Certification Tips

  • The Access Code works (NTSSA has checked it and it is valid). YC3E-6P5G-YYIL-CS2M
  • Do Not Copy & Paste the Code.  Make sure to type the code in the correct field.
  • Some devices will reject the code, due to the type of internet that is supporting that device.  If your phone rejects the code, try a desktop computer, and vice versa.
  • Microsoft Edge does not seem to support the code.  Try to use Chrome or FireFox.
  • Make sure to use the same name and email address that you are registered in Got Soccer.  If the name or email doesn't match, it will not link to your Coach or Team Manager account.
  • If you still run into issues after trying these tips, please reach out to for assistance.

SafeSport Certification Required to all Volunteers starting

January 1,2020

To all North Texas Soccer Coaches/Managers:

Beginning January 1, 2020 coaches and managers must have completed the SafeSport Course Certification before being rostered to a youth team or to remain on the roster of a youth team.

Online awareness/prevention training is available at no cost to North Texas State Soccer Association Coaches, Managers and Team Contacts through the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

Login to your GotSoccer Coaches/Managers account and the link for SafeSport Certification will be on your Home page.  Make sure you use the same name and email address as the one you have in your GotSoccer profile.  This will insure your SafeSport Certification completion will show in your GotSoccer profile.

Thank you for your participation in soccer and working to keep our children safe!

If you have any questions with registering for the course, please contact Tina Greene - Registrar.
