To develop, promote, and regulate a soccer program for the youth of the cities of Rowlett and Rockwall as defined by voting precincts, in order to foster, through organized competitive athletic activity, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage.

Where are practices and games held?
Coaches determines practice locations/dates/times, however typically they are in the Rowlett/Rockwall area.
U4-U8 play games at Rowlett Community Park. U9 and above play interleague with Wylie and surrounding cities, and play games at Rowlett Community Park, in Wylie, Richardson, and Royse City.

Open Registration: 12/6-1/17 (Online Only)
Payments and Birth Certificates are due at time of registration or player will not be placed on a team.
Late Registration: 1/18-Teams are filled ($25.00 Late Fee Applies)
Team Formation: 1/18-1/31 (Committee meets 1/31 to finalize teams and approve)
No Team Changes After: 2/14
Coach Orientation: 2/14
Most players will hear from their coaches after 2/14
U4 - U17 Season Opens: 2/28
Season Ends: 5/2
EOS Coach’s Meeting: 5/7
