Returning Coaches / Rostered Adults Spring Checklist
DEADLINE
for completion FEBURARY 1, 2008
· Contact your players to
see who is returning for spring 2008, it is required you contact ALL players
on your roster. A league wide email
will be sent announcing spring registration.
· Returning player deadline for registration to RETURN to the previous team is FEBURARY 1.
·
ALL rostered adults must log
into Jevin through the coaches link
each season to update Team Information
on returning player count.
1. Click
“apply” to coach.
2. Enter ALL
the teams you are rostered to on the league page.
3. Enter
your coaching lic.
4. Enter
Team Information (if you have more than one team it will prompt you for all
your teams) hit submit.
*** Only One rostered adult needs to key Team Information.
5. Select
“I agree” – if you agree to the terms of coaching with RYSA.
*** You will not be
active in the database if you do not complete ALL of these steps. If you successfully complete all steps you
will receive a message stating that your application has been accepted.
*** You will see a
message that says register to coach even after completing all these steps until
you are assigned to your team by the age group director.

If any of your personal contact information has changed please click on
the profile button at the top of the page and update your information. It is very important that RYSA has a current
email as that is how we contact you with important information.

Once you receive your players at the coaches meeting
you will need to fill out an ADD / Delete form.
If you have no changes – write “no changes” across the
middle of the form.

February 10 NEW Player registration deadline
February 16 Coaches meeting and player draft (time TBD)

23 Team registration (time TBD) * the
office will be opened the week prior for teams that are complete and wish to
register early.
New Coach
Registration:
· ALL rostered adults must register online through the coaches link.
1. Click "sign me up" new user.
2. Fill out your coaches
profile. ** Remember your login
/ password - this is how you will access your team during the season. It
is very important that RYSA has a current email as that is how we contact you
with important information.
3. Click “apply”
to coach.
4. Enter ALL the teams you wish to be rostered to on the league
page.
5. Enter your coaching lic.
6. Leave the Team Information fields blank for new teams.
7. Select “I agree” – if you agree to the terms of coaching with RYSA.
*** You will not be active in the database if you do not complete ALL of these steps. If you successfully complete all steps you will receive a message stating that your application has been accepted.
After you have completed the online registration must submit background check form, copy of drivers licence,$5 by 2/10/ 07.Theitems above can be submitted at the office, bymail, or by fax. If you choose to fax the documentation we will collect the $5at the coaches meeting.
· Once you receive your players at the coaches meeting you will need to fill out an add / delete form for a returning team.
· If you are coaching a NEW team you will need to complete recreational roster.
